A Letter to Governor BillingHam

Dear Governor BillingHam,

I am a citizen of Boston and on behalf of my concern about Hester Prynne charge for adultery is tragic of her punishment you are giving her. I think the consequence she has been offer is harsh. With the situation you have between her about keeping her child Pearl is unacceptable.

Hester Prynne simply stated that she will teach her daughter on how to be a women and help her society out by giving the poor food. As a mother to provide that to a daughter is a wonderful thing. So taking away Pearl for Hester is not the right thing. Pearl needs a mother to show her things a father or anyone else can not do or teach her. It does not matter if Hester Prynne was convicted for adultery it is still her kid and she loves her very much. My regarding is to make Hester Prynne keep her daughter Pearl alongside with her even though she was charge for adultery.

I thank you Governor BillingHam for your time. To read my letter on why Hester Prynne should maintain her daughter with her. I hope you change your mind on not taking away Pearl from her mother. Proceed to do the right thing.

Sincerely,Joseph

The  passage  make  people  think  about  a  woman  that  is  a  slave  is  very  harmless. Of  what  woman   as  slave  being  through  with  no  contradiction  and  freedom. Woman  slavery  suffered  many  difference   in  their  live  because  they  was  own  by  a  man. Which a  man  would  use  any  power  he  had  to  control  their  woman  slaves. The  make  the  readers  feel  sad  for  what  woman  went  through  as  slave. The  readers  felt  that  woman  must  had  been  mistreated  different  from  man  slaves. Woman  slaves  had  been  rape  by  their  owners  and  got  pregnant. J. California Cooper  include  the  scene  and  passage  of  the  quote  about  Loretta  talking  to  Always  because  it  can  connect  to  other  readers  because  of  the  problems  which  was  acquired  to  their  ancestors. The  passage  reflect  overall questioning  about  being  an  American  because  of  how  it  conclude  that  Americans  been  having  problems.

Character to Character Letter by Always

Dear Sun,

My life is going tragical. I been through alot so far. My living organization with Doak and his wife Sue. I spoke very little. I always knew my place and answer truthfully. I did not know much about my kind of time early on, when i would think on one or other of my children. I have done lots of work around the house with my swollen heavy belly pullin me down. I am living a disaster life as a slave. I thank God that you are living life good as I speak. I will always love you my brother Sun.

                                                                                               Sincerely,
                                                                                                Sister Always
